Formerly an entertainer and later a business leader, Spencer achieved success in both arenas. He began his Title Insurance career in 1998 and became a licensed Realtor by 2003. He spent the first decade of his career investing in, designing and flipping real estate, all while suit & tie-ing up as a Title Insurance executive, on the daily. The majority of his early career was spent as an officer and District VP for the industry's largest Title Insurance Provider and later as an owner in the same field. In the last decade, he parlayed his skills and knowledge into both Commercial & Residential Real Estate. Though Missouri born and raised, Spencer worked and lived in some of the nation's largest & most competitive markets from the Southeast to the West Coast. He's worked under the largest and most respected brands in the country... allowing his experience to bring fresh eyes, and different perspectives along with his 20 years experience to the industry status quo. Upon returning to St. Louis, Spencer sampled local boutique firms and major brands, seeking the perfect fit. Finding there was usually a large compromise of broker support or knowledge, technology, office culture or sacrifice of commission... He saw a need at our local level and sought to fill that void. Laura lends her keen eye for detail by heading up STA's Compliance department. Constant, organized, reliable are just a few adjectives that come to mind when describing her. Laura became a licensed agent in 2016, with a large Real Estate Firm. She saw great success in sales, though found her real joy behind the scenes. It's rare to have the luxury to draft such talent, out of the sales pool. STAgency is very fortunate to offer back office skills by someone who's also walked miles in an agent's shoes. Laura spends her spare time enjoying her mid-century gem of a home with her husband and her dog, Murphy.

Bradley's role with STA is the curator and "capturer" of a day in the life of our Agents, clients, our atmosphere and rich architecture that abounds in the region we represent. Whether that be through photography.
With an background playing baseball & sports medicine, he was unfortunately injured while playing. It was then that Bradley realized his appreciation art, and began exploring that passion through photography.
Bradley grew up in Southwest Missouri, though he's been fortunate to visit many incredible cities and places creating with my camera. In his words: "I enjoy fashion, art museums, sports, great food & wine and traveling. Nothing puts a smile on my face like making artistic images for the people who invite me to do so."
