Sarah’s longest love affair has been with our city. You’ll often find her exploring St. Louis’s ever-changing landscape (camera in hand) to catch shots of the amazing architecture or unwinding at the newest craft brewery on the St. Louis scene.
Her love of the city convinced her to buy a 150-year-old row house in Soulard which she’s slowly restoring. During this process, she learned a lot about rehabbing, good contractors, bad contractors, and design. It’s been an adventure in itself but overall, Sarah feels that she couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood for her family.
She has been involved in St. Louis Real Estate since 2000 and the majority of that was spent as the Director of Marketing for Prudential Select Properties. There she lead the marketing and technology efforts for 10 offices and over 500 agents. Because of that role she’s able to offer her OwnSTL clients a unique skill set and network of connections.
Sarah’s job over the last decade has been to stay current on real estate marketing ad technologies. She has lead the creation of corporate marketing and business strategies and is an expert in social media, ad design, search engine optimization, public relations, video production, and more. Her career has also allowed her to mentor under some of the most recognized names in St. Louis Real Estate. Sarah also has connections to local media sources, vendors and contractors, as well as real estate professionals throughout the country.
In 2012, Sarah began practicing real estate investment and managing rental property. Her long-term goal is to create an Airbnb empire so she can travel the world.
